Refund policy

Digital products

Because our products are digital files delivered immediately after purchase, sales are generally final once download access has been provided.

If a file is missing, corrupt, or materially different from its product description, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will replace or correct the file, or issue a refund when we are unable to provide the purchased file as described.

Before purchasing, confirm that your CAD software can import STL mesh files and that you understand the files use inches (1 STL unit = 1 inch). These scans are reference geometry, not finished parametric CAD models.

This policy does not limit any rights available under applicable consumer law.
